Jinborun New Materials

Jinborun New Materials Factory production

Behind every roll of reliable packaging film lies a strict production process and a professional manufacturing team. Let’s walk into our factory through the lens, and explore how raw materials are transformed into high-performance packaging solutions step by step.

1. Raw Material Warehouse: The Foundation of Quality Starts Here

The first stop of the shooting is our raw material warehouse, where every batch of materials is like a “quality reserve soldier”.

  • We exclusively select food-grade and medical-grade raw materials, including high-purity PE particles and imported EVOH barrier resins. Each package is labeled with a traceability code, which can be checked for origin and quality inspection reports at any time.
  • The warehouse adopts a constant temperature and humidity control system. The materials are neatly stacked on anti-rust pallets, avoiding moisture and pollution, and laying a solid foundation for the subsequent production.

2. Extrusion Production Workshop: The “Core Engine” of Film Making

Walking into the extrusion workshop, the orderly mechanical sound becomes the main melody of the shooting.

  • The 8 sets of advanced co-extrusion machines are running stably. The raw materials are melted at a precise temperature (controlled within ±1℃) and then extruded into uniform film blanks through multi-layer die heads. The camera can capture the smooth film surface and consistent thickness under the high-precision control of the equipment.
  • The intelligent monitoring screen on the side of the production line is particularly eye-catching. It displays real-time data such as temperature, speed, and tension. Once there is an abnormal deviation, the system will automatically alarm and adjust, ensuring that every meter of film meets the standard.

3. Quality Inspection Area: “Zero Defect” is Our Uncompromising Requirement

After the film is produced, it will be sent to the quality inspection area for a “strict physical examination”, which is also a key part of the shooting.

  • The inspectors wear professional gloves and use precision calipers to measure the thickness of the film every 10 meters, ensuring that the error is within 0.002mm. At the same time, they carry out puncture resistance tests and low-temperature toughness tests on the samples to simulate the actual use scenarios of cold chain and industrial packaging.
  • The camera can record the process of inspectors marking qualified products with “green labels” and isolating unqualified products immediately. The quality inspection report with the inspector’s signature will be attached to each batch of products, becoming a “quality guarantee card” for customers.

4. Finished Product Warehouse: Ready to Go to Every Need

The last stop of the shooting is the finished product warehouse, where the packaged films are neatly arranged like a “solid team”.

The camera can also capture the loading scene: the workers carefully load the products into the truck, and the truck is equipped with a temperature control device for cold chain products, ensuring that the products maintain good quality during transportation.

Each roll of film is wrapped with a moisture-proof film and labeled with product information (product name, specification, production date, batch number). The warehouse uses an intelligent storage system, which can quickly locate and retrieve products according to customer orders, ensuring timely delivery.
